Psychiatric Services for Cash Pay

Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (60-75 min) $450 A thorough, assessment to understand your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.

Follow-Up Medication Management Visit (30 min) $300 Ongoing medication adjustments, symptom monitoring, and treatment planning.

Specialty Services

ADHD Evaluation: $475 (90-105 minutes) - Includes psychiatric evaluation, behavior rating scales & diagnostic assessment to determine ADHD symptoms and treatment recommendations. May be completed over one long session or two shorter sessions.

Individual Therapy: $150/35 minutes - Provide a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, with the goal of improving mental health, coping skills, and overall well-being. Play therapy may be used, when developmentally appropriate, to help children to express their emotions, process experiences, and develop coping skills through activities like games, art, storytelling, and imaginative play.

Administrative Services

Document Preparation (Forms, Letters, Prior Authorizations, etc.) $100/hr (prorated): Preparation of necessary documents for work, school, or insurance purposes.

Medical Records Request $30: Processing and delivery of medical records upon patient request.

Deposit & Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking for initial evaluations and ADHD assessments.

• A valid credit card must be kept on file for deposits, missed appointment fees, and service payments.

• Payment is due in full at the time of service; no payment plans are available.

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA payments.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged:

• Deposit fee (for initial & ADHD evaluations)

• Full session fee (for follow-ups)

This policy ensures availability for other patients in need of care.

Since we are a private pay practice and don’t work directly with insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before we begin services. This estimate will outline the expected costs for your care, so there are no financial surprises. You’ll receive this in writing at least one business day before your first appointment—or whenever you request it.
